Hibiscus Rose Latte Recipe

This is one of my favorite Kidney meridian supportive recipes - Hibiscus Rose Latte:

This Hibiscus Rose Latte is not only perfect to nourish your adrenals which is connected to your kidneys, but it is also amazing to promote feelings of wellbeing and self-love through the therapeutic powers of Rose.

The Hibiscus will help you to promote circulation, stimulate the heart as well as tone it.   It also promotes healthy blood pressure, supports healthy cholesterol levels, may benefit weight management, and supports kidney health.

This Hibiscus Rose latte is delicious both hot and cold and also caffeine-free! With just 4 simple ingredients to use in this delicious drink you will be sure to make it all the time and share with your family and friends.

Ingredients:
2 cups of plant-based milk of your choice (oatmilk, almond or whichever tickle your fancy)
3 tbsp of rose powder or 2 tea bags
2 hibiscus tea bags
2 tbsp agave or honey

Boil water to 180 degrees F.
Steep the rose petals and hibiscus tea bags
Strain the tea and pour into 2 cups. Add sweetener of choice (optional)
Heat milk of choice and froth using a milk frother or handheld frother. Pour milk over the hibiscus rose tea.

Gently stir and enjoy!
