Heart 7 (Spirit Gate): Inner wrist crease, under your pinky finger. Helps calm anxiety, ease worry, and promote restful sleep.

LI4 (Union Valley): Soft area between thumb and index finger. Can ease headaches, sinus pressure, and general tension.

CV17 (Sea of Tranquility): Center of your chest, on the breastbone. Brings emotional calm, opens breath, and soothes overwhelm.

Stomach 36 (Leg Three Miles): Below the kneecap. Supports digestion, boosts immunity, and restores energy.
