The Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year — is more than a celestial event. It’s a powerful metaphor for turning toward the light, even after seasons of shadow.

This week at Living Essence Studio, we’re tuning into the heart — the sacred center of love, purpose, and presence.

When the days are longest and the sun is strongest, the invitation is to ask:
What personal shift or intention am I ready to welcome with the turning of the season?
